is once again breaking fundraising records even as his political popularity has waned. Obama collected a total of $86 million for his re-election campaign and the Democratic party during the last three months. This gives the President an overwhelming financial advantage as he moves into the 2012 campaign cycle. The Obama campaigns goal was to raise $60 million, a mark they easily surpassed.
